About Chamundi hill
Chamundi hills raising its head in the eastern side of Mysore, with a height of 1000 m. A temple, named Chamundeshwari is situated at the top of the hill. The hill is named after the goddess of Chamundi in the temple. From the top of the hill, you can see a beautiful view of Karanji Lake and Mysore Palace.
How & When To Go
At the top of the hill you can reached by road or by stairs. But there is also a stone-step route for the adventurers. The right times to see this temple are, in the early morning and evening.
