Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair and Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in and Check out timing.
Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal.
All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions and traffic conditions in the destination.
Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki ) , the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary.
It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable

Payment Policy :

Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.
Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date.
Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date.

Cancellation Policy :

10% of full tour cost – 45 days prior to arrival.
25% of full tour cost – 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of full tour cost – between 15 and 29 days prior to tour.
75% of full tour cost – between 14 and 7 days prior to tour.
100% – within 7 days prior to tour.

DAY 01: Haridwar Barkot (190Kms / 6-7 Hrs. drive)

Meet our representative at your hotel & start your journey to Barkot after little refreshment.
Visit on the way places like Satya Narayan temple in Haridwar, Prakasheswar temple in Dehradun, Kempty fall in Mussoorie.
Overnight stay at Barkot.

DAY 02: Barkot Jankichatti Yamunotri Jankichatti Barkot. (50Kms drive & 10 kms trek)

In the morning after breakfast, drive for Jankichatti & start your trek to Yamunotri.
Visit Yamunotri temple & return trek to Jankichatti. Later drive towards the Barkot.
Overnight stay at Barkot.

DAY 03: Barkot Uttarkashi. (85Kms / 3-4 Hrs. drive)

Morning after breakfast, drive towards Uttarkashi.
Visit Kashi Vishwanath temple & Prakateshwar Mahadev.
Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

DAY 04: Uttarkashi Gangotri Uttarkashi (200Kms / 7-8 Hrs. drive)

Morning after breakfast, drive for Gangotri.
Visit on the way places like Tapt Kund (Hot water spring) & Harshil Village (Beautiful Valley)
Visit Gangotri temple & later drive back to Uttarkashi.
Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

DAY 05: Uttarkashi Rudraprayag (190Kms /6 -7 Hrs. drive)

Morning after breakfast drive for Rudraprayag.
Visit on the way places like Tehri Dam & Conference of river Alaknanda + Mandakini.
Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

DAY 06: Rudraprayag Gaurikund Kedarnath (76Kms drive & 14kms trek)

Morning after breakfast, drive for Gaurikund.
Visit on the way places like Guptkashi temple. Start your trek (By walk, horse, pony, or dolly) to Kedarnath. If guest stay at Kedarnath they have to arrange their stay own)
Evening visit Kedarnath Temple.
Overnight stay at Kedarnath

DAY 07: Kedarnath Gaurikund Rudraprayag (14kms trek & 76Kms drive)

Morning after breakfast, visit Shankaracharya Samadhi & start your trekking to Guarikund
Later drive for Gaurikund.
Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

DAY 08: Rudraprayag Badrinath (165Kms / 4-5 Hrs drive)

Morning after breakfast, drive through beautiful forest to Badrinath.
Visit on the way Narsingh temple & Shankracharaya Math in Joshimath.
Visit Auli at your own Expanse.
Evening visit Badrinath Temple.
Overnight stay at Badrinath.

DAY 09: Badrinath Rudraprayag (165Kms / 5-6 Hrs. drive)
