Itinerary

Day 1VARANASI (3 NIGHTS)

Tour guests will arrive at the railway station/airport as per their scheduled tour itinerary. On arrival, they will meet the tour manager at the airport and proceed to the hotel.
Today we proceed to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi, we take a boat ride at Dashashwamedh Ghat and witness Ganga Arati. (subject to weather conditions)

Day 2VARANASI

Today we visit Kashi Vishwanath temple – one of the 12 jyotirlingas, Banaras university- formerly central Hindu College, is a public central university, Birla mandir- is known as the Birla temple because it is built by the Birla group of industries, kaal bhairava temple- one of the oldest shiva temples in Varanasi.

Day 3VARANASI – SARNATH – VARANASI

Today morning we visited Aassi Ghat to enjoy the sunrise, and then we walked through the akhadas of Varanasi. Later we proceed to proceed to sarnath- a very important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists, the place where Buddha gave his first sermon. Here we visit Dhamek stupa, Sarnath archaeological museum- famous for the four-headed lion that was once on top of the Ashoka pillar, and Tibetan Buddhist monastery- the peaceful and traditional monastery. In the evening we enjoy a rickshaw ride. Then we have free time for shopping.

Day 4LUCKNOW (1 NIGHT)

Today we explore this land of nawabs. We visit Rumi Darwajaclock tower, Chota Imambara, Bada Imambara, Bhul Bhulaiya, Jama Masjid etc. Night stay at Lucknow.

Day 5AYODHYA (1 NIGHT)

Today we proceed to Ayodhya- a popular pilgrimage center. This town is closely associated with lord Rama, upon arrival Visit Hanuman Garhi- a 10th-century temple of lord Hanuman. Dashrath Mahal- the original residence of King Dashrath- the ruler of Ayodhya and father to lord Sri Ram. Ram Janmabhumi- the birthplace of lord Ram, Kanak Bhavan- it is believed that this Bhawan was gifted to Devi Sita by Kaikei immediately after her marriage to lord Ram. In the evening we stroll around Ram ki paidi for amazing photography, treta ke Thakur- where lord ram conducted ashwagandha yagya. Night stay at Ayodhya

Day 6AYODHYA – PRAYAGRAJ (1 NIGHT)

Today we proceed to Prayagraj- a beautiful city situated at the confluence of the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati. Upon arrival, we visit Anand Bhavan- the former residence of the Nehru family which has now been transformed into a museum showcasing various artifacts and articles from the era of the independence movement in India. Laying Hanuman temple shrine is an underground pit that houses an enormous image of lord hanuman in a lying position. In the evening we enjoy a boat ride in Triveni Sangam and view Allahabad fort – built by emperor Akbar in 1583. The fort stands on the banks of the Yamuna near the confluence with the river Ganges. It is the largest fort built by Akbar.

Day 7DEPARTURE

We proceed to Varanasi railway station/airport to start our return journey back home.
